1. Do you help with planning our session?

Absolutely! I provide comprehensive support throughout your photography experience:


Location guidance: As a local, I can recommend stunning settings that match your vision and personality.

Styling advice: I offer suggestions for complementary outfits, colors, and accessories that photograph beautifully.

Posing direction: During our session, I'll provide guidance to help you look and feel natural in front of the camera-I'm here to be your personal hype girl.

Timeline planning: I'll help structure our time together to maximize variety and capture the best light.


For sessions in locations outside my regular service area, I'm happy to collaborate with you on scouting the perfect location. Please contact me for a custom quote for these arrangements.

2. Do you photograph elopements?

Yes, I specialize in capturing intimate elopement ceremonies. Each elopement package is customized based on your unique vision, location preferences, duration needs, and any additional services required. From secluded beach ceremonies to historic venue celebrations, I'll create a tailored quote that perfectly fits your special day.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. My policy includes:


Rescheduling:

Your session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost with 14+ days notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 14 days notice may incur a $50 fee.


Cancellations:

The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable as it reserves your date in my calendar. Cancellations made 30+ days before your session may apply the retainer to a future booking within 6 months. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit the retainer.

Weather considerations: For outdoor sessions affected by inclement weather, we can reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I provide a complete range of options to enjoy your images:

Digital delivery: All packages include carefully edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through a private online gallery.

Professional printing: I partner with a fine art printing company to offer exceptional quality prints, from standard sizes to large format wall art.

Custom albums: Beautifully designed heirloom albums are available as an add-on service.

Special product packages can be added to any session type upon request.

Yes! For breathtaking aerial perspectives, I partner with a talented local photographer who specializes in drone photography. This collaboration allows me to offer you stunning overhead shots that capture the magnificent landscapes and unique viewpoints of your session location. Please let me know in advance if you're interested in adding drone coverage to your package so we can make the necessary arrangements.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I welcome your input and creative ideas. Before your session, feel free to share any specific poses, compositions, or inspiration images you love. While my approach focuses on creating authentic moments that reflect your natural connection, I'm happy to incorporate your vision and specific shot requests into our session. Together, we'll create a collection of images that feels genuinely you while including the special shots you've been dreaming of.

7. Can we meet before the session?

I'd love to! Getting to know you before our session helps create a more comfortable and personalized experience. We can meet for coffee in Playa del Carmen, or if you're not local, we can arrange a video call. This pre-session consultation gives us a chance to discuss your vision, address any questions, and establish a connection that will help you feel at ease in front of the camera. Just let me know what works best for your schedule.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You can expect to receive your curated gallery of beautifully edited images within 2-3 weeks after your session. For elopements or larger events, delivery may take 3-4 weeks. I'll send a few sneak peek images within 3-5 days so you don't have to wait to see some highlights from our time together. Each image receives thoughtful attention during the editing process to ensure the final collection reflects both artistic quality and your authentic moments.
